Wij zoeken een psycholoog om ons team te vervoegen.

Kaiku is een multidisciplinaire praktijk waar zowel therapie, als yoga en ander lichaamsgericht werk aangeboden worden. Op die manier bewerkstelligt Kaiku aandacht voor zowel de geest als voor het lichaam. Het richtinggevende kader is de psychoanalyse, waarin het singuliere van elke persoon centraal staat. Daarnaast behouden we natuurlijk openheid voor andere perspectieven en methoden. Dit maakt dat elke stem — dus ook die van jou — kan bijdragen tot het verruimen van onze visie, en zo ook de groei van de praktijk. Tot slot willen we voldoende aandacht besteden aan de ontwikkeling van het team. Door middel van intervisie, supervisie, en kartels (samen een tekst lezen en hierover nadenken en spreken) zetten we in op praktijkgerichte ondersteuning. Als team gaan we aan de slag met verschillende relevante thema’s, zowel theoretisch als praktisch, en steeds met het oog op de verbinding tussen beide. Ook daar is jouw bijdrage welkom. Via deze dynamiek streven we naar een professionele werkomgeving waarin eenieder zich ondersteund, betrokken, en gedragen voelt binnen het team en de praktijk.

Over jou:• Master klinische psychologie • Je bent bereid te starten als zelfstandige (in hoofd- of bijberoep) • Ervaring is niet van belang, we zoeken vooral openheid, nieuwsgierigheid, en enthousiasme • Je werkt graag samen als team, maar kan eveneens zelfstandig werken • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; vlotte en open communicatie is van centraal belang voor het functioneren van een team
