About us

Our cofounder, who previously led the financial department in another company, experienced the pain around procurement processes and the lack of clarity and information. To solve this, he founded Najar in 2021. In just a few years, we’ve grown to several millions in ARR supporting 200+ customers in France and across Europe in their procurement journey, growing the team to 70+ people (including remote employees).

Following a successful Seed funding round and a Series A of €15 million led by 13Books, Portage and Tomcat, we are focused on continuing our growth and expanding our impact in the market. We have the ambition of being the leading procurement solution in France, and Europe. Our goal is to become the strategic partner for businesses, their Architect of Trust.

Your Role

You will be at the heart of our revenue growth. Your focus will be on generating new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) while scaling and stabilizing the sales team.

With a growing pipeline (+50% in the past 3 months), you will be instrumental in converting leads into long-term clients and influencing the company’s product evolution.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects and track market trends, ensuring that customer feedback is incorporated into our product development.
  • Own the entire sales cycle: from lead generation to closing
  • Understand customer needs, buying cycles, and gather key prospect information to generate interest
  • Collaborate with the VP Sales, Product team, and Customer Success team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Advocate best SaaS Procurement & Management practices to promote our solutions

Your profile

  • 6+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of selling to Enterprise clients (experience in fintech is a plus)
  • Experience managing and closing deals with €100K+ ACVs
  • Experience with generating and managing ARR growth, with a focus on scaling sales processes and teams
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with an ability to mentor junior team members
  • Resilience, a growth mindset, and a natural ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Organized, self-driven, and capable of thriving in a high-performance sales culture
