NAMED COLLECTIVE

NAMED COLLECTIVE is a London-born fashion brand at the intersection of design, culture and modern commerce - and we've built it differently from the start.

Since launch, NAMED has established itself as the 'rebel kid' of the industry - a brand with a genuine point of view, and a community to match. We create leisurewear in a way that nobody has before. We don't make basics, we make the statement pieces our customer builds their outfit around.

We're rooted in a deep obsession with our community and our customers - over 1.9 million people around the world who don't just follow us, they're part of what we build. We've grown at an average rate of 84% year-on-year over the last 5 years through our ecommerce stores, with particularly strong momentum across the UK and US. We're only scratching the surface of what's possible. The momentum is real.

This is a rare opportunity to join a brand that has already proven itself - where the foundation is strong, the ambition is bigger, and the right people will have a real impact on where we go next.

WHO R U?

You are a highly creative and product-obsessed designer with a strong point of view, an instinct for what's next and a genuine understanding of our community. You're full of ideas, culturally curious and excited to push boundaries, while always keeping the product wearable, relevant and unmistakably us. You also have

  • FLAIR FOR DESIGN: You have exceptional creative flair and design know-how.
  • DETAIL DRIVEN: You are obsessed with details and always strive to create the most innovative designs.
  • PASSIONATE: You are incredibly passionate about all areas of design and feel excited by the prospect of developing groundbreaking collections.
  • ELEVATOR: You are ready to be a key part of this growing team and have an impact on the continued elevation of all elements of the brand vision.

THE ROLE

  • Use your strong understanding of streetwear, fashion and culture to create innovative, original designs that combine strong product and graphic concepts.

  • Champion and evolve the brand identity through highly considered, detail-driven design, while continually pushing creative boundaries and exploring what's next.
  • Conduct ongoing market, cultural and seasonal research, translating insights into exciting, future-facing concepts and mood boards to present to the wider Design team.
  • Own designs from initial concept through to final product, developing silhouettes, fits, fabrics, colour, trims and detailing throughout the development process.
  • Create clear, accurate and highly detailed tech packs, ensuring the original design vision is maintained and executed to the highest standard through to production.
  • Manage your workload effectively against the critical path, ensuring research, designs, revisions and tech packs are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Work collaboratively with Product Development and Garment Tech, clearly communicating development briefs, fit updates and sample review comments throughout the development process.
  • Support the wider Design and Product Development teams in maintaining clear workflows, calendars and processes to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of collections.

  • Excellent knowledge of streetwear and garment construction, ideally with a background in jersey and womenswear design

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
