Wie is het gezin?

Een gezin in Nieuwrode zoekt een mature en betrouwbare nanny / family assistant die een vaste waarde wil worden in hun dagelijkse leven. De ouders zoeken iemand die zelfstandig werkt, vooruitdenkt en niet wacht tot elke taak wordt uitgelegd. Wanneer de kinderen aanwezig zijn, ligt de prioriteit bij hen. Op rustigere momenten zorg je ervoor dat maaltijden, was en andere praktische zaken goed georganiseerd zijn.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt ervaring als nanny, family assistant/gezinsassistent(e) of in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, organisatorisch sterk en neemt spontaan initiatief.
  • Je kookt graag en kunt gezonde maaltijden efficiënt voorbereiden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel bij jonge kinderen en kunt verschillende taken combineren zonder de kinderen uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, discreet en op zoek naar een duurzame samenwerking.
  • Je bent flexibel wanneer het gezin uitzonderlijk wat extra ondersteuning nodig heeft, bijvoorbeeld tijdens de avondroutine.
  • Voor dit gezin is het belangrijk dat je niet alleen uitvoert wat gevraagd wordt, maar ook zelf nadenkt over wat nodig is. Je ziet werk, stelt prioriteiten en zorgt ervoor dat de namiddag en avond voor iedereen vlotter verlopen.

Takenpakket:

  • Je haalt de kinderen op wanneer nodig en begeleidt hen tijdens de namiddag.
  • Je ondersteunt indien nodig bij huiswerk en dagelijkse routines.
  • Je zorgt voor een veilige, aangename en gestructureerde omgeving voor de kinderen.
  • Je bereidt eenvoudige, gezonde maaltijden en denkt mee vooruit over maaltijdplanning en mealprepping.
  • Je houdt de keuken na het koken netjes en georganiseerd.
  • Je volgt de was op van wassen tot plooien, strijken en opbergen.
  • Je houdt slaapkamers en gebruikte ruimtes ordelijk en ververst regelmatig het beddengoed.
  • Je volgt boodschappen en voorraden op en vult deze tijdig aan.
  • Je neemt zelfstandig initiatief om het huishouden vlot en georganiseerd te laten verlopen.
  • Er is al een poetshulp aanwezig. Zware schoonmaak behoort dus niet tot deze functie. De focus ligt op kinderzorg, koken, mealprepping en praktische gezinsondersteuning.

Voorstel planning:

De opdracht omvat ongeveer 14u per week, verdeeld over vier dagen: Maandag, dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag Je start doorgaans rond 14.00 à 15.00 uur en werkt tot ongeveer 18.00 à 18.30 uur. Er is ruimte voor enige flexibiliteit in de uurregeling. In de toekomst kan de opdracht eventueel uitgebreid worden als het gezin extra ondersteuning nodig heeft.
