Wie is het gezin?

Voor een actief gezin met drie kinderen in regio Opwijk zoeken we een betrouwbare family assistant die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zelfstandig werkt. De ouders zoeken iemand die vooruitdenkt, overzicht bewaart en mee zorgt dat het dagelijkse gezinsleven vlot verloopt. Het reguliere poetswerk wordt al door een huishoudhulp opgenomen. Jouw focus ligt dus vooral op organisatie, maaltijden, was en praktische ondersteuning. Je wordt een belangrijke vaste waarde binnen het gezin en krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en initiatief te nemen.

Wie zoeken wij?

We zoeken een zelfstandige, efficiënte en proactieve persoon die:

  • van nature ordelijk is en graag structuur brengt
  • zelfstandig werkt en initiatief neemt
  • zelf ziet wat er moet gebeuren
  • efficiënt werkt en een goed werktempo aanhoudt
  • betrouwbaar, discreet en verantwoordelijk is
  • goed kan plannen en zelfstandig prioriteiten stelt
  • op een betrokken en duidelijke manier met kinderen omgaat

Iemand die vooruitdenkt, taken consequent afwerkt en weinig aansturing nodig heeft, past hier perfect.

Takenpakket

Huishoudelijke organisatie:

  • Alles netjes houden en zorgen voor orde en overzicht
  • Wasmachines vullen en ledigen
  • Kleding plooien en netjes opbergen
  • Indien nodig de strijk via een strijkatelier organiseren

Maaltijden en boodschappen:

  • Boodschappen doen
  • Avondmaaltijden voorbereiden
  • Vooruitdenken en maaltijden voorbereiden voor drukkere dagen

Gezinsondersteuning:

  • De praktische planning van de kinderen mee opvolgen
  • De kinderen indien nodig begeleiden naar hobby’s en activiteiten
  • Ondersteunen bij het huiswerkoverzicht
  • Zelfstandig zien wat er nodig is om het gezin praktisch te ontzorgen

Het reguliere poetswerk wordt door een huishoudhulp verzorgd. De focus ligt dus niet op klassieke schoonmaak, maar op organisatie, maaltijden, was en praktische gezinsondersteuning.

Voorstel planning

Gemiddeld ongeveer 28 uur per week.

De exacte werkdagen en uren worden in overleg met het gezin afgesproken.

  • Woensdagnamiddag is noodzakelijk
  • De overige uren zijn bespreekbaar
  • Start zo snel mogelijk
  • Rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer zijn vereist
  • Een bedrijfswagen is eventueel bespreekbaar
