Como Engenheiro de Suporte, suas atividades serão:

  • Participar de discussões de requisitos e do design preliminar, assumindo o design detalhado e a codificação dos módulos funcionais do sistema em camadas de rede, arquitetura de sistema e aplicação.
  • Realizar testes internos e depuração conjunta para garantir alta qualidade e estabilidade dos módulos atribuídos, incluindo integração de rede e validação de infraestrutura.
  • Projetar, implementar e manter arquiteturas de sistema escaláveis, garantindo alinhamento com topologia de rede e requisitos de desempenho.
  • Gerenciar e otimizar pipelines DevOps, processos de CI/CD, conteinerização e infraestrutura como código para suportar implantações rápidas e confiáveis.
  • Elaborar e atualizar documentos de design do projeto, diagramas de arquitetura, manuais de produto e demais documentações técnicas.
  • Auxiliar o gerente de projeto na programação, no reporte de status, na mitigação de riscos e na coordenação das entregas.
  • Coordenar com equipes multifuncionais e outros departamentos para fornecer suporte técnico, esclarecer requisitos e resolver questões de integração.
  • Acompanhar o progresso dos módulos, reportar prontamente riscos ou impedimentos e executar tarefas ad hoc e atribuições temporárias conforme necessário para apoiar os objetivos do projeto.
  • Design e Implementação – Participar da definição de requisitos e arquitetura preliminar, aplicando conhecimentos em redes, DevOps e padrões de sistemas, além de desenvolver os módulos funcionais.
  • Testes e Validação – Realizar testes, depuração e validação em ambientes de rede e CI/CD para garantir desempenho e estabilidade.
  • Arquitetura Escalável – Criar e manter sistemas resilientes, com balanceamento de carga, segmentação de rede e tolerância a falhas.
  • Automação DevOps – Gerenciar pipelines (containers, Kubernetes), provisionar infraestrutura (Terraform/Ansible) e garantir implantações eficientes.
  • Documentação – Produzir e atualizar documentos técnicos (designs, manuais, runbooks) para suporte às equipes.
  • Gestão de Projeto – Apoiar no cronograma, relatórios, mitigação de riscos e planejamento de recursos (rede, armazenamento).
  • Colaboração Multidisciplinar – Alinhar com redes, QA, segurança e operações para resolver problemas e implementar boas práticas.
  • Atuar em demandas emergentes (incidentes, otimização, testes de caos, automação) conforme necessário.

O que esperamos de você:

  • Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Sistemas de Informação ou área correlata.
  • Experiência em desenvolvimento de software Java.
  • Participação prática em projetos de plataforma de nuvem IoT ou AMI é um diferencial.
  • Conhecimento em design de redes e troubleshooting em sistemas distribuídos é um plus.
  • Fortes habilidades de codificação em Java, com sólidos fundamentos de engenharia de software.
  • Proficiência em bancos de dados como MySQL e MongoDB, e familiaridade para criar scripts de administração.
  • Experiência com o framework SSM e arquiteturas de microsserviços.
  • Conhecimento de protocolos de rede (TCP/IP, HTTP, MQTT) e boas práticas de segurança de rede.
  • Capacidade de projetar e documentar arquiteturas de sistema escaláveis, incluindo balanceamento de carga e tolerância a falhas.
  • Experiência prática em DevOps: pipelines de CI/CD, conteinerização (Docker/Kubernetes), infraestrutura como código (Terraform/Ansible) e ferramentas de monitoramento/alerta.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, documentação e trabalho em equipe.
