Position Requirements

Description Chief CRNA opportunity at Flagler Hospital in beautiful St. Augustine, Florida. Total Rewards Salary: $204K Sign on Incentive: $75K

Case Assignments • General, Endo, Ortho, OB, Vascular, Neuro, GYN, Urology, Radiology, Electrophysiology & more

Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements • Current license as a registered professional nurse • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

• Proven Leadership Skills

• Prior leadership experience

• Strong Business Acumen

• Relationship/Team building abilities

• Excellent communication skills
