The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Automotive Express Lane Technician. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry.

Located at Napleton Lexus of Wayzata, the Automotive Express Lane Technician performs vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards and builds Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton as a caregiver for their vehicle safety and reliability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Replace front and rear differential fluids
  • Replace brake fluid
  • Replace transfer cable fluids
  • Replace engine coolant
  • Mount, balance, and/or repair tires
  • Perform wheel alignments
  • Replace windshield washer and coolant overflow containers
  • Replace fuel filters and/or elements
  • Replace body moldings, scripts, and emblems
  • Replace any bulbs that do not require major component removal
  • Test batteries (using a handheld tester)
  • Clean and replace battery and/or cables

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Prior experience as a lube tech, technician's helper, or apprentice
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
  • 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
