Vi er en dynamisk e-commerce virksomhed med 9 ansatte i stærk vækst, der brænder for at skabe enestående onlineoplevelser for vores kunder i DK, NO og SE.

Vi leverer kvalitetsprodukter og service og er i gang med at skalere vores forretning yderligere fra vores nye lokaler i Holmegaard ved Næstved.

Om rollen

Vi søger en økonomiansvarlig med lyst til at arbejde bredt – mere end klassisk bogholderi. Du får ansvaret for økonomistyring i hele virksomheden, med direkte reference til CEO, og bliver en nøgleperson i både drift og udvikling.

Du får stor frihed til at optimere processer, implementere nye systemer og være sparringspartner for ledelsen på økonomiske beslutninger.

I dag håndteres vores bogholderi eksternt, men ønsket er at få det ind i huset.

Dine hovedopgaver

  • Daglig bogføring og løbende afstemning
  • Debitor- og kreditorstyring
  • Indberetning af moms i DK, NO og SE
  • Lønadministration
  • Udarbejdelse af månedsrapportering og styring af likviditetsbudgetter
  • Klargøring af årsregnskab til revisor
  • Optimering og implementering af interne økonomisystemer og processer (fx e-conomic, Danløn, Shopify, BI-rapporter)
  • Økonomisk sparring til ledelsen og opfølgning på KPI’er

Din profil

  • Erfaring fra bogholderi, controlling eller økonomistyring – gerne i e-commerce, men ikke et krav
  • Kendskab til e-conomic og Danløn eller lignende systemer
  • Komfortabel med rapporter fra Nets, Klarna, Stripe eller andre betalingsløsninger
  • Analytisk og struktureret, trives med ansvar og beslutningskompetence
  • Gode IT-kompetencer (især Excel) og interesse for at optimere arbejdsgange
  • Behersker dansk og engelsk i skrift og tale
