As an Analyst, Global Benefits Administration, you will be part of Nasdaq’s Global Benefits Team, supporting the effective and consistent administration of benefits programs across our global locations. You will help strengthen processes, documentation, data quality, and day-to-day service delivery while contributing to a positive employee experience.

Join us as we continue to simplify, strengthen, and scale our global benefits administration practices. You will have the opportunity to improve how benefits are delivered by promoting clear processes, consistent service standards, accurate administration, and an employee experience that is easier to navigate.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the day-to-day administration of global benefits programs, helping ensure activities are completed accurately, consistently, and on time.
  • Partner with Global Benefits, the People Service Center, People Technology, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to coordinate benefits processes and resolve administrative issues.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing administration of benefits programs, policies, and procedures across global locations.
  • Maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, and other administration resources.
  • Coordinate recurring benefits activities, project tasks, deadlines, dependencies, and follow-ups to help keep work on track.
  • Support testing and validation of new or revised processes and system changes to confirm they meet business and administration requirements.
  • Prepare reports, maintain benefits-related data, and complete quality checks to support accurate administration and informed decision-making.
  • Monitor administrative activities and service outcomes, identifying opportunities to improve accuracy, consistency, turnaround times, and the employee experience.
  • Respond to benefits administration questions and support the timely resolution of cases, escalations, and vendor issues.
  • Use employee feedback, operational data, and external practices to recommend practical process improvements.
  • Experience in benefits administration, HR operations, shared services, HR systems, or a related field; experience supporting global programs is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of benefits administration processes and an understanding of the importance of data accuracy, confidentiality, controls, and timely service delivery.
  • Familiarity with Workday or another HR information system.
  • Experience preparing reports, working with data, and performing data validation or quality checks.
  • Strong Excel skills, analytical capability, and attention to detail.
  • A practical, organized approach to problem-solving, process improvement, and follow-through.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with internal partners and external vendors.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment.
  • Flexibility to support meetings across global time zones, as needed.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
