The posting

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Mobile Patient Services Specialist (MPSS) plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless, patient-centered testing experience in a mobile, field-based setting. Unlike clinic-based coordinators, the MPSS operates independently across a defined service area, traveling directly to patients to perform blood draws, manage specimen logistics, and coordinate care with internal teams, local lab resources, and vendor partners.

This position is responsible for proactively managing patient outreach, scheduling blood draws within required timelines, ensuring specimen integrity, and maintaining accurate documentation across all systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable navigating complex logistics with minimal supervision.

This is a mobile, field-based position serving patients within a defined geographic service area.

Job offer is contingent upon pre-employment requirements and compliance with all applicable regulations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
