National Safety Apparel is hiring Sewing Operators to join our team-based production environment. In this hands-on role, you will help manufacture protective products that keep workers safe. Training is provided. What You’ll Do:

Produce quality safety apparel using proper sewing methods, equipment settings, and measuring tools. Operate and maintain equipment safely. Complete required production and quality documentation accurately. Work flexibly across your assigned production zone to meet team goals. Communicate equipment, supply, and production needs promptly. Collaborate respectfully with team members and supervisors.

What We’re Looking For:

Motivated, energetic individuals who thrive in fast paced environments. Self-directed team players who do their part to keep production moving. Detail oriented individuals with great hand eye coordination and fine motor skills.

What You Need (Qualifications):

High school diploma or GED preferred. One year of manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to stand throughout the workday, walk frequently, and work in a plant environment with constant background noise. Basic English literacy to read and understand work instructions and communicate effectively in the workplace.

- 2nd Shift - Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM; paid 38-minute lunch break

Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour, plus hourly incentive pay, up to $3.85 per hour Location: NSA Headquarters - 15825 Industrial Parkway, Cleveland, OH 44135
