Job description

Due to the growth of our business, we have an exciting new role joining our B2B team. We're seeking a motivated and dynamic person to join the team as an Account Manager servicing the north Brisbane region.

The Opportunity

Full-time: 40 hours per week Base + Super & Benefits! Laptop, Phone & Vehicle Allowance provided!

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing client relationships across the residential building market. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver strong customer outcomes and drive sales performance.

Key requirements

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
  • Maintain specifications with builders, contractors and key customers
  • Coordinate internal teams (procurement, operations, customer support) to deliver on project requirements
  • Respond to client enquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and align product solutions accordingly
  • Support client requirements with sample preparation and delivers as required

About you

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skill
  • Results-driven with the ability to manage your own pipeline and priorities
  • Solutions-focused with a proactive and customer-first mindset
  • Highly organised with strong planning and coordination skills
  • Confident working both autonomously and as part of a team
