Job Description

The PMAC Academy, the education and capacity-building arm of the PMAC Strategic Institute, invites applications for a full-time Executive / Senior Executive to support its flagship Emerging Leaders Fellowship (ELF) programme.

The ELF is a regional, one-year fellowship that cultivates the next generation of global health leaders in Asia, with a focus on strengthening health systems preparedness and resilience against health crises and emergencies. The programme brings together Fellows, mentors, host institutions and regional partners through mentorship, policy-directed projects, institutional placements, conferences and other learning activities.

The successful candidate will coordinate the day-to-day delivery and administration of the Fellowship. In addition, approximately 30% of the role will support donor outreach, engagement and stewardship at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health (SSHSPH), contributing to donor relations, fundraising initiatives and communications on the impact of philanthropic contributions. This role is suited to someone who is organised, meticulous, proactive and enjoys coordinating programmes, engaging stakeholders and managing multiple activities and deadlines.

Appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities 1. 2. Donor Outreach, Engagement & Stewardship (30%) • Coordinate donor and prospective donor engagements, including meetings, donor appreciation activities and other development-related events. • Support annual and ad hoc fundraising initiatives, including the DVO Donor Appreciation Dinner, Annual Giving Campaign and Commencement Giving Campaign. • Coordinate the collection and preparation of student and alumni beneficiary profiles, testimonials and career updates to support donor communications and demonstrate the impact of philanthropic contributions. • Establish and maintain an organised repository of beneficiary profiles and related materials for stewardship and fundraising purposes. • Maintain accurate donor and gift records across relevant databases, coordinate gift fund tracking and account creation, and provide backup support for gift administration processes. • Coordinate the preparation and dissemination of the School’s annual Gift Report and support other fundraising, gift and development KPI reports. • Liaise with SSHSPH colleagues and the NUS Development Office (DVO) to support donor stewardship activities, reporting and related administrative processes.

3. Other Duties • Undertake other duties as assigned in support of the PMAC Academy’s programme objectives and SSHSPH’s development initiatives.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
