The role is a client-facing role, responsible for identifying and securing partners that will help to grow platform users, while ensuring that partners' volunteer opportunities and data are accurate, timely and of good quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This includes continuous monitoring of listing quality, and bilateral engagements with partners' volunteer managers to rectify "non-compliant" listings where necessary.
  • Managing Data Submissions to ensure data requirements are submitted in the required format in a timely manner, especially from partners operating on their own systems. This may involve discussions on the mapping of data fields, checks on data quality, and monitoring the timeliness of submissions.
  • Continuous Product Development by monitoring and improving on product performance metrics, analysing trends, and gathering insights from partners and users, and surfacing recommendations to the Digital team to support relevant platform enhancements.
  • Ensuring Communication and Collaboration to facilitate open communication with partners, and to coordinate internally with teams such as Marketing and Digital in support of partnership initiatives and product priorities.

  • Experience in the non-profit or volunteer management sector
  • Experience in quality or compliance monitoring of partner content/ data

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
