The posting

Position Overview   LaCroix is seeking an organized, creative and highly motivated Influencer Specialist to support and execute our growing influencer and creator marketing programs. This role will help identify and build relationships with creators who authentically align with the LaCroix brand, while managing influencer outreach, product seeding, events, partnerships and ongoing campaign execution. This is a highly hands-on role that requires frequent travel to support LaCroix events, influencer experiences, activations, and other brand initiatives across the country. Candidates should be comfortable traveling regularly, sometimes for multiple days at a time, and being on-site to support programs from setup through execution.   The ideal candidate is highly organized, understands social media and creator culture, has a strong eye for identifying emerging talent and trends, and is comfortable managing multiple programs at once in a fast-paced environment. This person should be equally comfortable building relationships with creators and their teams as managing the details behind the scenes to ensure programs execute successfully.   What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who genuinely understands social media and creator culture and knows that a strong influencer program is about more than follower count. This person should have strong instincts for identifying creators who feel right for LaCroix, be comfortable building genuine relationships and be extremely organized when it comes to execution. The right candidate is proactive, resourceful, and willing to jump in wherever needed. They should be excited about being on the ground at events, meeting and hosting creators, traveling to support programs, and finding new opportunities for LaCroix to show up authentically within culture and creator communities.   Key Responsibilities

Identify, research and vet influencers and creators who align with LaCroix's brand, target consumer and marketing objectives. Manage day-to-day influencer outreach, communication, follow-up and relationship building. Maintain and continuously grow LaCroix's influencer and creator network across key markets and categories. Coordinate influencer product seeding programs from creator selection and outreach through shipping, tracking and follow-up. Support the execution of paid and organic influencer campaigns, including creator communication, deliverables, timelines and content tracking. Manage influencer invitations and communication for LaCroix events, concerts, festivals, activations and other brand experiences. Coordinate event logistics for participating creators, including RSVPs, guest information, transportation details, schedules, deliverables and post-event follow-up. Travel frequently to support LaCroix influencer programs, events, and brand activations, and other experiential initiatives in markets across the country. Serve as an on-site LaCroix representative during influencer events and activations, ensuring creators are supported and the overall experience is executed successfully. Assist with on-site event setup, influencer check-in, gifting, product and merchandise coordination, content capture needs and other event logistics. Review influencer content to ensure it aligns with campaign requirements, brand standards and agreed-upon deliverables. Track creator content, social posts, mentions and earned exposure generated through influencer programs and product seeding. Maintain organized influencer databases, outreach lists, campaign trackers and program documentation. Compile weekly and campaign-level reporting, including outreach, responses, confirmed participation, content generated, reach, impressions, engagement and other key performance indicators. Monitor social platforms daily to identify emerging creators, cultural moments, trends and potential opportunities for LaCroix. Work closely with the Social Media team to identify opportunities to amplify influencer content across LaCroix-owned channels. Partner with internal Marketing, Creative, Legal and Operations teams to ensure programs are executed accurately and on schedule. Assist with influencer agreements, content usage rights, campaign requirements and other administrative needs. Support special influencer partnerships, talent relationships and brand collaborations as needed. Help manage influencer program budgets, invoices and expenses.

  Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field preferred. 3–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, public relations, digital marketing or a related field. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and the broader creator and social media landscape. Experience identifying, vetting, and communicating with influencers and creators. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the LaCroix brand professionally. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and creator relationships simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities and timelines may shift quickly. Strong understanding of social media metrics and influencer campaign reporting. Experience supporting events, experiential marketing or creator activations is a plus. Must be willing and able to travel frequently, which may include weekends, evenings, and multi-day events depending on the program calendar. Travel is a significant and essential component of this position. Comfortable working on-site at large-scale events, festivals, and other fast-paced brand activations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
