The posting

Bij de Nationale Bank van België (NBB) is het departement Beheer Microdata verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen, valideren en verspreiden van gegevens van financiële en niet-financiële ondernemingen. Deze micro-economische gegevens maken het mogelijk om macro-economische indicatoren en statistieken op te stellen, ze dragen bij aan missies van algemeen belang zoals de kredietcentrales en zijn ook nuttig voor een groot aantal economische actoren (particulieren, bedrijven, nationale en internationale instellingen).

De dienst Data Collection Unit is verantwoordelijk voor de selectie en actualisering van de aangeverspopulaties en voor het verzamelen van meerdere gegevensformulieren. De huidige werkterreinen zijn onder andere jaarrekeningen, buitenlandse activiteiten (externe statistieken) en kredieten, rekeningen en contracten van rechtspersonen en natuurlijke personen met financiële en soortgelijke instellingen.

Binnen de dienst Data Collection zijn we op zoek naar een collega om het team « Reminders & Prosecution » te versterken. Dit team is verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van ondernemingen die hun wettelijke rapporteringsverplichtingen in het kader van de externe statistieken niet (tijdig) nakomen. Dit omvat contacten per e-mail, telefoon of Teams, bedrijfsbezoeken en het opstarten van verbalisatiedossiers.

Jobomschrijving

  • je volgt dossiers van aangevers met rapporteringsachterstand en verbalisatiedossiers zorgvuldig op
  • je onderhoudt diverse contacten met aangifteplichtige bedrijven per brief, e-mail en Teams en brengt indien nodig een bezoek aan deze bedrijven (met eigen wagen), voornamelijk gevestigd in Vlaanderen (meer specifiek regio Antwerpen)
  • je ondersteunt de aangevers zodat hun aangiften voldoen aan de technische en functionele vereisten
  • je bent de back-up voor de verzending van de rappels
  • je past contactgegevens aan in de aangiftetoepassing indien nodig
  • je biedt hulp aan collega’s voor diverse andere taken zoals de voorbereiding van infosessies en webinars en het nalezen van vertalingen nakijken.
  • je beschikt, bij voorkeur, over een bachelordiploma in economie of gelijkwaardig
  • je hebt een goede kennis van de gebruikelijke Office-toepassingen (Excel, Word, Outlook en PowerPoint)
  • kennis van Databricks en SharePoint is een troef, evenals van Power BI en Power Apps
  • je kan overtuigend en professioneel communiceren met ondernemingen over hun aangifteplichten
  • je werkt graag samen, maar neemt ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers
  • je blijft rustig en professioneel in uitdagende situaties en kunt goed omgaan met deadlines
  • je werkt op een gestructureerde en zorgvuldige manier met aandacht voor de regels inzake vertrouwelijkheid van de verwerkte gegevens
  • je bent nieuwsgierig, leergierig en gemotiveerd om je verder te ontwikkelen
  • je beschikt over een eigen wagen voor verplaatsingen naar ondernemingen en plaatsbezoeken
  • je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans (min. niveau B2).

Deze juniorfunctie richt zich tot kandidaten met een relevante professionele ervaring van maximaal 2 jaar.
