Im Nationalparkzentrum im Schloss Orth an der Donau betreibt die Nationalpark Donau-Auen GmbH ein Besucherzentrum. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab März 2027 eine/n engagierte/n und serviceorientiere/n 1 Mitarbeiter/in im Nationalparkzentrum im Schloss Orth an der Donau (20-25 Wochenstunden, befristete Saisonstelle März-November 2027)

Deine Aufgaben:

º Betreuung der Besucherinnen und Besucher des Nationalpark Donau-Auen und der Marktgemeinde Orth an der Donau im Informations- und Kassabereich

º Verkauf von Eintrittskarten und Shopartikeln

º Telefonische und persönliche Auskunft zu Veranstaltungen, Besucherprogrammen, Eintrittspreisen sowie Museums- und Ausstellungsführungen, weiters Tourismusinfo für die Marktgemeinde Orth an der Donau

º Buchung und Organisation von Ausflugs- und Führungsangeboten im Exkursionsprogramm des Nationalpark Donau-Auen

º Betreuung von Gruppen und Schulklassen (Beratung, Buchung, Empfang)

º Anlaufstelle der Nationalpark-Rangerinnen und -Ranger bei der Umsetzung des Exkursionsprogramms

º Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungen und Festen des Nationalparks

Dein Profil:

º abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. HAK, Lehre o.ä.)

º Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position (Tourismus, Kundenberatung, Verkauf)

º Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Interesse an Natur- und Kulturerlebnissen

º Freundliches und kommunikatives Auftreten

º Teamgeist und Einsatzfreude mit Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten

º Sicherer Umgang mit MS Word, Excel und Outlook

º Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Kunde_innengespräche), gute Englischkenntnisse, Slowakische Sprachkenntnis von Vorteil
