Financial Analyst Sr - Budgeting & Financial Analysis

Monday - Friday. 40 hours/week. Hybrid work schedule (2 days in office, 3 days from home).

Essential Functions:
- Analyzes financial data and creates reports to support business decisions.
- Conducts financial forecasting and modeling to identify trends and potential risks.
- Develops and implements financial strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
- Monitors financial performance and provides recommendations for improvement.
- Prepares presentations and communicates financial information to stakeholders.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor' Degree in Business with emphasis in accounting, economics, or finance, or related equivalent experience, required.

- Excellent personal computing, analytical, and organization skills.
- Highly motivated, flexible, and interested in working in a dynamic organization.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience:
- Three years of experience in medical accounts receivable financial management, preferred.
- Experience or interest in the development of detailed, activity-based cost information, preferred.
- Experience in financial analysis and trending reports, preferred.
