  • An experienced senior operations leader with extensive knowledge of Financial Crime processes, controls and regulatory expectations, together with a disciplined approach to planning, prioritisation, performance and resource management
  • Significant transformation and integration experience, including the convergence of operating models, processes, systems, data and controls across complex banking environments
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Transformation, Finance and Workforce Planning to resolve dependencies and deliver shared outcomes
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear executive reporting, management information and recommendations that support timely decisions
  • A proactive and pragmatic leadership style, with the confidence to challenge constructively, manage competing priorities and embed a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and high-quality execution

  • Push for better - We don’t settle for mediocrity, we challenge the status quo, taking responsibility for continuous improvement and personal development
  • Get it done - We prioritise what will have the greatest impact, we are decisive, and we take accountability for delivering brilliant customer outcomes

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
