Om rollen

Som affärsområdeschef hos oss får du en fri och dynamisk roll där du ansvarar för att bygga och utveckla både affärer och relationer. Du arbetar nära våra kunder och anställda för att säkerställa rätt matchning och hög kvalitet i våra leveranser.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:

  • Kvalitetssäkring av projekt inom bygg & betong
  • Koordinering- och rekrytering av personal
  • Personalansvar
  • Nykundsförsäljning och kundkontakt
  • Fakturering och enklare administration kring projekt och anställda

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som är driven, handlingskraftig och relationsskapande. Du är lösningsorienterad, gillar att ta ansvar och att arbeta mot uppsatta mål. Du trivs även med att arbeta tillsammans i ett team och gillar att vara en del av ett sammanhang. Stor vikt läggs på dina personliga egenskaper i denna rekrytering. Vi tror att rätt person idag kanske arbetar som arbetsledare inom bygg men känner att du vill prova något nytt.

Vi tror att du har:

  • Dokumenterad praktisk erfarenhet av arbete inom bygg & betong
  • Stort kontaktnät inom byggvärlden

Meriterande:

  • Erfarenhet av personalhantering och rekrytering
  • Drivit eget företag inom bygg

Krav

  • B-kort
  • Svenska och Engelska språkkunskaper
