We believe that teamwork—collaborating and sharing perspectives—is essential to achieving the best results.

The Demand Planning and Customer Collaboration Analyst is responsible for delivering a demand and replenishment plan in collaboration with customers and by leveraging their internal data. The role is also responsible for managing communications related to supply chain issues, as well as the penalties budget.

An environment where collaboration is encouraged and valued:

  • Recognition of years of service for vacation calculation;
  • Flexible group insurance plan including telemedicine services;
  • Employee assistance program;
  • Opportunities to invest in yourself (career development, etc.);
  • Pension plan with company contributions;
  • Bright offices nestled in a natural setting, offering a wide range of services (free indoor parking, gym, etc.).
  • Salary range 004: 73 000$ à 91 200$ (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)

How you will contribute to collective success:

  • Analyze sales, inventory levels, and forecasts to identify gaps and trends.
  • Provide a 24‑month demand plan for the assigned customer portfolio.
  • Lead and develop customer collaboration to deliver business plans.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with customers to align forecasts and promotional plans.
  • Recommend actions to reduce out‑of‑stocks, optimize inventory, and improve performance.
  • Be responsible for supporting critical decisions and providing recommendations that impact both the customer and internal inventory.
  • Produce and monitor performance indicators (service level, out‑of‑stocks, excess inventory, forecast accuracy).
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders in production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Prepare and lead weekly reviews with the customer replenishment team, and participate in departmental reviews with the category manager and replenishment team.
  • Integrate and validate data from retailer systems (POS, in‑store inventory, and DC inventory).

The type of team player who fits in:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or any other relevant field, or equivalent relevant experience, required.
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in CPFR / Demand Forecast Analyst / Supply Chain Analyst / Replenishment Planner roles in a B2C environment required.
  • Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written, required.
  • Ability to reprioritize effectively among multiple internal and external stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to influence outcomes through relevant data analysis and cross‑team alignment.
  • Experience with Power BI, SAP, Oracle, Retail Link, Excel, and Outlook.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
