  • Salaire débutant à 26.70 $ de l’heure pour débuter et 28.80$ de l'heure après 1 an;

Les leviers où tu créeras de la valeur:

  • Accomplir différentes activités reliées à la production de beurre, poudre ou aux activités de conditionnement et d’emballage;
  • Assurer l’entretien et la sanitation des équipements et de l’environnement de travail;
  • Respecter et appliquer l'ensemble des politiques et procédures de l'usine (HACCP, Santé et Sécurité, etc.);
  • Possibilité d’avoir de multiples formations et expertises associées aux grands programmes santé sécurité : Cadenassage, Espace Clos, travail en hauteur, travail à chaud;
  • Possibilité de se qualifier pour des postes d’opérateur dans les différents départements.

Ce qui te permettra d’avoir un impact :

  • Être disponible pour tous les quarts de travail : jour, soir, nuit et fin de semaine (majoritairement de soir et de nuit);
  • Détenir un diplôme d’étude secondaire (DES) ou l’équivalence de secondaire 5;
  • Minimum 3 mois d’expérience dans l'industrie manufacturière
  • Expérience dans l'industrie agroalimentaire (atout)
  • Détenir des compétences mathématiques de base (addition, soustraction, multiplication, division)
  • Capacité à soulever jusqu'à 50 livres
