Procuramos um profissional que apoie as rotinas da área de Suprimentos, garantindo o acompanhamento dos pedidos de compra, o relacionamento com fornecedores e o controle das informações nos sistemas corporativos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar diariamente os pedidos de compras em aberto no sistema ERP, monitorando o andamento das solicitações e garantindo a atualização das informações;Realizar contato com fornecedores para confirmação dos pedidos, coleta de previsões de faturamento e entrega, além do acompanhamento de pendências; Identificar pedidos em atraso ou com risco de não atendimento, atuando de forma preventiva na busca por soluções e mitigação de impactos; Negociar novas datas de entrega junto aos fornecedores e registrar informações relacionadas a atrasos e tratativas realizadas; Apoiar os compradores no acompanhamento de situações críticas que possam gerar risco de falta de materiais ou interrupção das operações; Manter comunicação constante com fornecedores e áreas internas, fornecendo atualizações sobre o status dos pedidos e mudanças de prazo; Apoiar a tratativa de divergências entre fornecedores, Recebimento e Fiscal; Garantir a atualização de datas, observações e históricos dos pedidos no sistema; Realizar o encerramento de saldos e pedidos pendentes conforme procedimentos estabelecidos pela empresa; Efetuar cotações de frete e apoiar o acompanhamento das entregas; Executar atividades administrativas da área, incluindo arquivamento, organização de documentos e suporte às demandas de suprimentos; Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos da área utilizando metodologias de gestão e resolução de problemas.Requisitos e qualificações

Ensino superior em andamento em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Logística, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas; Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office; Desejável conhecimento em ERP; Boa comunicação e capacidade de negociação; Organização e atenção aos detalhes; Capacidade analítica e acompanhamento de processos; Conhecimento básico em PDCA e melhoria contínua; Facilidade para atuar em equipe e atender múltiplas demandas simultaneamente.Informações adicionaisKit Natto (10kg - mensal);Vale Alimentação (mensal);Cartão Farmácia;Refeitório no local;Seguro de vida;Vale transporte;Plano de saúde Unimed (opcional);Plano de odontológico Bradesco Dental (opcional);Desconto em instituições de ensino e ambientes de lazer.
