What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Garantizar la continuidad, precisión y eficiencia operativa en el flujo de preparación (picking) y despacho de pedidos para los distintos modelos comerciales de la compañía, velando por el cumplimiento de los SLA, la calidad operativa y el abastecimiento y cuadratura física vs. sistémica de insumos.

Tus principales desafíos serán:

  • Monitorear y balancear en tiempo real el flujo continuo de pedidos en las líneas de picking, asegurando los acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA) de preparación y despacho.
  • Planificar y coordinar las actividades de retiro y despacho de mercancías junto al equipo de Transporte, controlando capacidades y ventanas horarias.
  • Gestionar el abastecimiento de insumos operativos de empaque: planificación de compras (trimestral/mensual) con proveedores, recepción y cálculo de cobertura.
  • Asegurar el espacio físico disponible en bodega previo a la recepción de altos volúmenes y auditar la rebaja física vs. sistémica en SAP para evitar descuadres de inventario.
  • Analizar la causa raíz de incidencias y No Conformidades (NC) de calidad, implementando mejoras y acciones correctivas en piso operativo.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Formación: Profesional o Técnico/a en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Cadena de Suministro, Administración de Operaciones o afines.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en funciones analíticas y operativas dentro de Centros de Distribución o almacenes de alta rotación (excluyente experiencia en CD).
  • Conocimientos técnicos (excluyentes):Manejo operativo de SAP ECC (transacciones logísticas: MIGO, MB51). Dominio de SAP EWM (monitor de almacén, control y liberación de Warehouse Tasks / Orders). Manejo intermedio-avanzado de Google Sheets y Excel.
  • Deseables / Plus: Experiencia en manejo de productos con fechas de vencimiento / cosmética o consumo masivo, líneas semi-autónomas/pick-to-light o nociones de SQL/Python.
