What will you be doing here?

Coordenar e executar a estratégia de captação de recursos do Instituto Natura nos países em que atua na América Latina (Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Colômbia, México e Peru), conectando a nossa visão com parceiros e financiadores estratégicos para impulsionar a transformação social através da educação pública, direitos e saúde das mulheres. Garantir a sustentabilidade, escala e expansão dos compromissos institucionais do Instituto, diversificando fontes de arrecadação, liderando a elaboração de propostas de alto impacto e fortalecendo o ecossistema de investimento social privado.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

  • Elaborar e executar o plano de captação alinhado aos compromissos do Instituto Natura em educação, direitos e saúde das mulheres na América Latina.
  • Monitorar principais agendas de oportunidades captação proativamente.
  • Prospectar e mapear oportunidades junto ao Investimento Social Privado, fundações internacionais e editais na América Latina.
  • Liderar a redação e submissão de propostas para projetos sobre transformação social, bem como realizar os devidos processos de prestação de contas.
  • Gerir a carteira de doadores, investidores e parceiros estratégicos na região, garantindo sustentabilidade da carteira, promovendo engajamento contínuo com a causa e visibilidade sobre os avanços nos compromissos institucionais.
  • Monitorar os indicadores de captação (taxa de conversão, ticket médio, renovação de parcerias).
  • Manter a ferramenta de CRM/base de dados atualizada e acompanhar as tendências da agenda social (agenda ESG, cooperação internacional e ISP na Latam).
  • Participar de eventos e agendas estratégicas que possam converter captação.

Quais os requisitos?

  • Profissional com alto nível de autonomia e competências de comunicação e relacionamento.
  • Formação Acadêmica desejável em áreas de administração pública, políticas públicas, relações públicas, ciências sociais, administração.
  • Experiência Necessária: mínimo de 3 anos de atuação em captação de recursos para projetos de impacto social.
  • Competências técnicas: capacidade de negociação; habilidades de apresentação, comunicação e de criação de narrativas; capacidade de construir pontes, criar e manter relacionamentos.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens nacionais e internacionais.
  • Idioma: inglês avançado.
  • Experiência em captação de recursos com atuação ou abrangência na América Latina (Latam).
  • Domínio em elaboração e estruturação de projetos sociais, orçamentos e captação junto a fundações globais/regionais.
  • Habilidade para dialogar e negociar com diferentes contextos socioeconômicos e culturais da América Latina.
  • Facilidade para transitar entre lideranças corporativas e investidores sociais.
  • Visão sistêmica e estratégica, capacidade de traduzir a agenda institucional em oportunidades de captação.
  • Foco no atingimento das metas orçamentárias regionais e habilidade para contornar cenários complexos de negociação.
