Estamos em busca de Coordenador(a) Corporativo(a) de Rastreabilidade e Bem-Estar Animal (BEA) para atuar na gestão, padronização e desenvolvimento dos processos das unidades da empresa.

Principais Responsabilidades:

· Coordenar os programas, procedimentos e processos de Rastreabilidade e Bem-Estar Animal (BEA) das unidades, assegurando sua conformidade com a legislação vigente, requisitos dos mercados de exportação, clientes e certificações aplicáveis;

· Fornecer suporte técnico às equipes das unidades, orientando quanto à aplicação de requisitos legais, procedimentos operacionais, normas de clientes e certificações, bem como na análise e resolução de não conformidades;

· Verificar a correta execução das atividades relacionadas à Rastreabilidade e ao BEA, promovendo a padronização dos processos entre as unidades;

· Desenvolver melhorias, revisar e padronizar os procedimentos, documentações e sistemas relacionados à Rastreabilidade e ao BEA;

· Acompanhar e prestar suporte durante auditorias oficiais, auditorias de clientes e auditorias de certificação, incluindo a elaboração e acompanhamento de planos de ação;

· Identificar necessidades de capacitação e coordenar treinamentos e ações de desenvolvimento das equipes, visando à padronização dos procedimentos e à melhoria contínua dos processos.

Requisitos:

· Ensino superior completo, preferencialmente em Engenharia de Alimentos, Medicina Veterinária, Zootecnia, Engenharia de Produção, Tecnologia de Alimentos, ou áreas correlatas.

· Experiência em gestão e supervisão de processos de rastreabilidade em frigoríficos de bovinos habilitados à exportação;

· Conhecimento da legislação e dos requisitos aplicáveis à rastreabilidade de bovinos, BEA, abate e produção para mercados de exportação;

· Experiência com missões sanitárias, auditorias oficiais e de clientes;

· Experiência em certificações de Segurança de Alimentos e BEA, como BRCGS e PAACO.

· Disponibilidade para viagens às unidades.

· Buscamos um profissional com capacidade de liderança técnica, gestão de pessoas, visão sistêmica, comunicação, análise crítica e foco em padronização e melhoria contínua, com facilidade para atuar de forma corporativa junto às diferentes unidades da empresa.
