1 - Um Resumo do que buscamos

Buscamos uma pessoa com experiência em rotinas na área de planejamento financeiro (budget, forecast, controle de resultado e etc.), conhecimento em ferramentas de banco de dados e análise (banco de dados relacionais, Excel e Power BI) e atuação como parceiro de negócios.

2 – Descrição de Cargo

Geral

O/A Especialista Financeiro I atua como especialista técnico em processos financeiros e contábeis, assegurando qualidade, consistência e conformidade das rotinas financeiras de média complexidade.

O cargo exerce autonomia técnica na execução e análise de processos sob sua responsabilidade, aplicando normas, procedimentos e boas práticas estabelecidas, e apoiando a gestão por meio de análises técnicas qualificadas. Não possui responsabilidade por definição de políticas financeiras, decisões estratégicas ou governança institucional ampliada.

3 – Responsabilidades e Escopo

Gerais

• Executar e analisar rotinas financeiras e contábeis de maior complexidade técnica, como conciliações, controles orçamentários e relatórios financeiros.

• Apoiar a elaboração, o acompanhamento e o controle de orçamentos de projetos ou unidades.

• Preparar relatórios financeiros e análises técnicas para apoio à gestão e à tomada de decisões administrativas.

• Apoiar auditorias financeiras e revisões de conformidade, organizando e disponibilizando informações e documentos necessários.

• Orientar tecnicamente Analistas Financeiros I e II em aspectos operacionais das rotinas financeiras.

• Atuar em conformidade com o Código de Conduta e os procedimentos internos da TNC, exercendo accountability técnica sobre a precisão das informações financeiras, o cumprimento de prazos e a aderência às normas contábeis e institucionais.

• Garantir a integridade, organização e confidencialidade das informações sob sua responsabilidade, assegurando rastreabilidade e confiabilidade dos dados.

• Contribuir para um ambiente de trabalho baseado em confiança, transparência e responsabilidade no uso de recursos financeiros.

• Realizar viagens conforme necessidade e diretrizes institucionais.

• Construção e manutenção de dashboards no Power BI, manutenção de banco de dados e ferramentas/formulários para planejamento orçamentário

4 – O que você trará

Qualificações mínimas

• Experiência de aproximadamente 4 anos em atividades financeiras e contábeis. Domínio de ferramentas de análise de dados, Excel Power BI.

• Experiência no uso de sistemas financeiros e de relatórios.

Qualificações Mínimas

Escolaridade mínima: Curso superior completo em Finanças, Contabilidade, Administração ou áreas correlatas.

Idioma mínimo: Inglês intermediário.
