Bij Nature’s Pride krijg je de ruimte om jouw commerciële talent verder te ontwikkelen, strategisch mee te denken met grote retailers en direct impact te maken op groei. Je bouwt aan waardevolle klantrelaties en krijgt de vrijheid om kansen in de markt om te zetten in resultaat.

Jouw rol:

Binnen Nature’s Pride bouwen we aan lange termijnrelaties met klanten, telers én collega’s. Als Accountmanager Retail ben jij verantwoordelijk voor één of meerdere retailers. Je kent de dynamiek van deze markt, begrijpt de klantbehoeften en weet hoe je groei en samenwerking kunt realiseren.

In samenwerking met Marketing, Supply Chain en Data Analyse vertaal je marktinzichten naar strategische accountplannen. Jij bent de expert en adviseur voor onze klanten op het gebied van exotische fruit en groente.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Relatiebeheer: Verbinden, onderhouden en uitbouwen van sterke relaties met Retail klanten via regelmatige (digitale) contactmomenten en klantbezoeken.
  • Strategische groei: Ontwikkelen en implementeren van accountplannen om langdurige samenwerkingen en omzetgroei te realiseren.
  • Marktanalyse: Signaleren van trends, kansen en ontwikkelingen binnen de Retail en dit vertalen naar concrete actiepunten.
  • Prijs & promotie: Plantmatige aanpak met inkoop- en categoriemanagers over prijsvorming, volume en promoties.
  • Interne samenwerking: Afstemming met interne teams zoals Inkoop, Supply Chain, Data Analyse en Marketing om klantoplossingen te optimaliseren.
  • Evaluatie & innovatie: Monitoren en evalueren van de samenwerking met klanten om continue verbetering en innovatie te stimuleren.

Wat neem je mee?

  • Je hebt hbo-werk- en denkniveau.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als Accountmanager of Category Manager binnen AGF of de Retail Food branche.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.

  • Een bruto maandsalaris, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring, tussen de € 4.837 en € 8.485 op basis van een 40-urige werkweek;
