Ihre Aufgaben

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Herzen Münchens suchen wir eine engagierte, strukturierte, hands-on und unternehmerisch orientierte Persönlichkeit, die die operative Verantwortung für unsere Finanzbuchhaltung übernimmt und diese gemeinsam mit uns weiterentwickelt.

  • Fachliche Verantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung, von der Debitoren – und Kreditorenbuchhaltung bis hin zur Haupt- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Aktives Forderungsmanagement inklusive Mahnwesen
  • Proaktives Liquiditäts- und Cash-Flow-Management
  • Regelmäßige Erstellung und Analyse der Betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen (BWA)
  • Aufbereitung von Betriebsabrechnungsbögen (BAB), Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen sowie weiteren betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen zur Unterstützung des Controllings
  • Verantwortung für Monatsabschlüsse und Meldewesen (USt-VA, ZM)
  • Vorbereitung und Koordinierung des Jahresabschlusses sowie Unterstützung bei Betriebsprüfungen
  • Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Banken und Behörden
  • Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung, Forecasts und der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung interner Finanzprozesse
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung steuerlicher, handelsrechtlicher und interner Vorgaben

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter, Steuerfachangestellter, Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, vorzugsweise in einem Handelsunternehmen oder mittelständischen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Hauptbuchhaltung
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen (BWA)
  • Hohes Verständnis für Liquiditätssteuerung und Cash-Management
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Offene, authentische, vertrauensvolle und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit im Umgang mit Geschäftsführung, Schnittstellen im Unternehmen, Kunden, Lieferanten und externen Partnern
  • Freude daran, bestehende Prozesse und Strukturen proaktiv weiterzuentwickeln und zu digitalisieren
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und in Englisch
