About the Opportunity Help turn commercial strategy into smart, accurate execution. We’re looking for a Commercial Pricing & Rebates Analyst to join our Pricing & Contracting Center of Excellence (CoE) and help support the programs, pricing, rebates, and customer commitments that drive our commercial organization. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, finance, pricing, contracts, and commercial strategy. You’ll dig into customer and pricing data, analyze rebate performance, track contractual commitments, support strategic customer programs, and help ensure pricing decisions are implemented accurately and consistently. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, Sales Operations, and other teams, giving you broad exposure to how commercial decisions move from agreement to execution. You’ll also have the opportunity to improve how we work by building better reports, strengthening controls, and identifying ways to automate recurring analysis and workflows. The analyst serves as a key resource for commercial program administration, rebate analysis, contract commitment tracking, and pricing analysis. You’ll support commercial execution through data-driven insights, program governance, pricing administration, and cross-functional collaboration. Strategic pricing decisions, program design, and escalations remain with the Senior Manager, Contracting Center of Excellence and designated approval bodies. What You’ll Get to Do Bring Strategic Commercial Programs to Life

Support the implementation and ongoing administration of approved strategic customer programs, including subscription, evaluation, rebate, and other performance-based commercial programs. Review program documentation, pricing, eligibility requirements, and customer-specific terms for completeness and alignment with approvals. Maintain program trackers, supporting documentation, and status reporting from setup through completion. Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional partners to resolve program setup, documentation, pricing, or execution issues. Identify non-standard requests or exceptions and escalate them to the Senior Manager, Contracting Center of Excellence for review.

Own the Details Behind Customer Rebates

Analyze customer purchase activity and applicable data to determine rebate eligibility and attainment against contractual requirements. Calculate, validate, and document rebate results in accordance with executed agreements and approved program terms. Partner with Finance, Customer Service, and Sales to support rebate accruals, reconciliations, credits, payments, and customer inquiries. Maintain accurate rebate files, calculation support, approval documentation, and audit-ready records. Identify data discrepancies, financial risks, or contract misalignment and escalate for resolution.

Keep Customer Commitments on Track

Create and maintain centralized tracking for customer commitments, including purchase, volume, product, utilization, subscription, and other performance requirements. Monitor progress against defined commitment periods, milestones, and thresholds. Provide recurring reporting on commitment performance, upcoming deadlines, risks, and required follow-up actions. Partner with Sales and other stakeholders to validate results and address potential shortfalls or compliance concerns. Support renewal and business review preparation by summarizing historical performance against commitments.

Turn Pricing Data Into Commercial Insight

Create and maintain price files, conduct customer-specific pricing analysis, and support pricing uploads. Analyze standard and moderately complex pricing requests and validate proposed discounts against approved guardrails. Prepare pricing summaries, supporting analyses, and approval documentation for Deal Desk and Price Council workflows, as needed. Assess deal-level margin and profitability considerations, including capital, consumables, subscriptions, service, and warranty components. Escalate non-standard pricing scenarios, margin risks, and exceptions to the Senior Manager, Contracting Center of Excellence.

Build Better Reporting, Controls & Processes

Develop and maintain standardized reports, dashboards, templates, and process documentation for commercial programs, rebates, commitments, and pricing activities. Perform data validation and reconciliations across source systems and supporting files to improve accuracy and control. Identify opportunities to automate recurring analyses, trackers, and reporting workflows. Support internal controls, audit requests, and documentation requirements related to assigned programs and pricing activities. Contribute to the ongoing development of scalable CoE processes, tools, and governance.

Partner Across the Business

Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders to support timely and accurate commercial execution. Communicate program requirements, findings, risks, and next steps clearly to business partners. Provide responsive support across East to West business hours, with workload triaged to maintain appropriate coverage.

This list is not exhaustive, and other duties may be assigned. What We’re Looking For Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. 2 to 5 years of experience in pricing, rebates, contracts, finance, sales operations, commercial analytics, or a related area. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data validation, pivot tables, and financial or pricing models. Experience supporting pricing analysis, pricing administration, or commercial analytics. Experience analyzing large datasets, reconciling information from multiple sources, and translating results into clear business insights. Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and ability to manage recurring deadlines across multiple programs. Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Even Better If You Have

Experience with customer rebate programs, contract compliance, commitment tracking, or incentive administration. MedTech, medical device, healthcare, or complex B2B commercial experience. Experience supporting subscription-based, utilization-based, or performance-based commercial programs. Familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle ERP, contract lifecycle management platforms, and business intelligence tools. Experience creating Excel macros, Power Query solutions, or other workflow automation. Understanding of pricing governance, margin analysis, revenue recognition considerations, and commercial contracting.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
