Nosso cliente é um escritório de advocacia empresarial com atuação em Contencioso Cível, especialmente em recuperação de crédito para instituições financeiras, atendendo clientes relevantes do setor bancário. Estamos em busca de um(a) Advogado(a) Pleno(a), com experiência em recuperação de crédito e interesse em atuar em demandas estratégicas, com autonomia na condução dos casos e participação ativa na definição de estratégias jurídicas. Buscamos um(a) profissional com boa capacidade técnica, perfil proativo, organização e habilidade de negociação, que tenha facilidade no relacionamento com clientes e na condução de diferentes demandas. O escritório adota o modelo híbrido de trabalho e conta com pacote de benefícios.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuação em recuperação de crédito para instituições financeiras de grande porte (execuções, cobranças judiciais e recuperação de garantias), com foco em demandas estratégicas e de maior complexidade; Condução autônoma de processos judiciais, incluindo análise de novos casos, definição de estratégias processuais e desenvolvimento de teses jurídicas; Elaboração de peças processuais e demais documentos jurídicos, assegurando consistência técnica e alinhamento às particularidades de cada demanda; Participação direta em negociações e estruturação de acordos, buscando soluções eficientes e alinhadas aos interesses dos clientes;Relacionamento próximo com clientes do setor financeiro, prestando assessoria jurídica e acompanhando o desenvolvimento das demandas;Gestão da carteira de processos, com organização de prioridades, acompanhamento de prazos e identificação de riscos e oportunidades;Atuação colaborativa com a equipe, contribuindo para discussões técnicas e decisões estratégicas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Direito e inscrição ativa na OAB; Experiência em Contencioso Cível, especialmente em recuperação de crédito para instituições financeiras; Vivência na condução de demandas judiciais estratégicas e de maior complexidade, com autonomia na definição de teses e estratégias processuais; Habilidade de negociação, com capacidade de conduzir tratativas e construir soluções alinhadas aos interesses dos clientes; Perfil proativo, organizado e resolutivo, com iniciativa para identificar riscos, antecipar demandas e propor soluções;Capacidade de gerenciar uma carteira de processos, com organização de prioridades, atenção aos detalhes e cumprimento de prazos; Boa comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e facilidade para atuar de forma colaborativa, mantendo contato próximo com clientes e equipe;Segurança técnica, senso de responsabilidade e autonomia na tomada de decisões; Facilidade com tecnologia e familiaridade com sistemas de gestão jurídica, especialmente o Legal One.Informações adicionaisExperiência no atendimento a instituições financeiras de grande porte; Conhecimento em recuperação de crédito relacionada ao agronegócio, especialmente em demandas envolvendo financiamentos agrícolas e safras; Familiaridade com plataformas e sistemas jurídicos utilizados por instituições financeiras.
