Over het werk

Het team assisteert partijen bijvoorbeeld bij de uitrol en structurering van (nieuwe) financiële diensten of producten, duurzaamheidsvraagstukken, vergunningsaanvragen, transacties, interactie met de AFM/DNB/ECB en het toepassen van nieuwe Nederlandse en Europese regelgeving. Cliënten zien het team als marktleider op het gebied van financieel toezichtrecht. De kracht van het team ligt in het vinden van innovatieve en praktische oplossingen voor complexe problemen. Binnen het team wordt zeer nauw samengewerkt.

Je adviseert financiële ondernemingen over financiële producten en diensten en het toezicht dat daarop van toepassing is. Dit houdt onder andere in:

  • Opstellen van overeenkomsten en productvoorwaarden voor financiële diensten;
  • Aanvragen van vergunningen en goedkeuringen bij DNB en de AFM;
  • Adviseren over goederenrecht, verbintenissenrecht en faillissementsrecht, bijvoorbeeld bij derivatentransacties of prime brokerage structuren;
  • Adviseren over financieel toezichtrecht;
  • Advisering over technologische innovatieve binnen de financiële sector, zoals blockchain, payment-apps en cloud-toepassingen.

Over jou:

Wij zoeken een ambitieuze en inhoudelijk sterke advocaat medewerker met affiniteit met de financiële markten die graag complexe vraagstukken vertaalt naar overzichtelijke keuzes voor onze cliënten en daarbij oplossingsgericht te werk gaat. Je hebt:

  • 4-7 jaar werkervaring;
  • Kennis van en interesse in goederenrecht, verbintenissenrecht en/of faillissementsrecht;
  • Affiniteit met de financiële sector;
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
