Over het werk

Je werkt aan een breed scala aan zaken, waaronder vastgoedtransacties, project- en gebiedsontwikkeling, vastgoedfinancieringen, huurrechtelijke vraagstukken, asset management en andere commercieel-vastgoedgerelateerde onderwerpen. Onze cliënten variëren van vastgoedbeleggers, ontwikkelaars en fondsen tot corporates en overheidsinstanties.

Wat onze praktijk onderscheidt, is de intensieve samenwerking tussen advocaten, notarissen en fiscalisten. Binnen multidisciplinaire teams werken we aan complexe transacties en strategische vraagstukken waarbij verschillende rechtsgebieden samenkomen. Daardoor ben je vanaf dag één betrokken bij dossiers op het hoogste niveau van de markt en heb je direct contact met nationale en internationale cliënten.

Naast de inhoudelijke praktijk krijg je de ruimte om actief bij te dragen aan de verdere groei van het team. Je onderhoudt contacten met cliënten en referralkantoren, neemt deel aan congressen en seminars, publiceert over relevante ontwikkelingen in de markt en denkt mee over nieuwe initiatieven die onze praktijk verder versterken.

Jij hebt:

  • 4-6 jaar relevante werkervaring;
  • Uitstekende academische resultaten;
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail;
  • Een commerciële en pragmatische instelling;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, bent proactief en kunt onder druk aan diverse veeleisende zaken werken.

Je bent een ambitieuze en analytisch sterke advocaat-medewerker met circa vier tot zes jaar relevante werkervaring. Ervaring binnen een Real Estate praktijk is een pre, maar we staan ook open voor kandidaten met een andere juridische achtergrond die vanuit een nieuwe invalshoek waarde kunnen toevoegen aan ons team.
