Wat ga je doen?

Tijdens de eerste drie jaar als fiscalist geven we je alles om jou vakinhoudelijk en professioneel tot bloei te laten komen. Je start je met je peers met een vier maanden durend intensief traject bij het NautaDutilh Institute, waarbij je meteen praktijkervaring opdoet en vertrouwd raakt met onze werkwijze Gedurende deze periode werk je zelfstandig aan dossiers en doorloop je een diepgaand opleidingsprogramma. In je eerste jaar start je ook met de Beroepsopleiding Belastingadviseurs van de Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs. Om een breder juridisch perspectief te bieden, moedigen we onze fiscalisten aan om ook de Law Firm School en de Beroepsopleiding Advocatuur te volgen, wat de mogelijkheid biedt om naast fiscalist ook als advocaat te kunnen werken. Tijdens je stage word je ondersteund door ervaren collega’s en een persoonlijke mentor, die je begeleiden in je groei en ontwikkeling binnen het vakgebied.

Jij bent:

  • In het bezit van een afgeronde masteropleiding Fiscaal Recht;
  • Gepassioneerd over fiscale vraagstukken met een duidelijke affiniteit voor het vakgebied;
  • Open en nieuwsgierig, altijd op zoek naar vernieuwde fiscale inzichten en oplossingen;
  • Proactief en ondernemend, klaar om initiatieven te nemen en kansen te grijpen;
  • Maatschappelijk betrokken, met de ambitie om bij te dragen aan een rechtvaardigere samenleving;
  • Sterk in communicatie, zowel in het opstellen van heldere adviezen als in persoonlijk contact.
