Kandidaat-notaris-stage: een ultieme kick-start

We zijn op zoek naar een startende kandidaat-notaris voor ons M&A team in Amsterdam. Meer informatie over het werk en de klanten van dit team vind je hier.

Over het werk

In de eerste drie jaar als kandidaat-notaris bieden wij je een uitgebreide basis om je zowel vakinhoudelijk als professioneel te ontwikkelen. Je avontuur start met een vier maanden durend intensief traject bij het NautaDutilh Institute, samen met je collega-stagiaires. Daar doorloop je een opleidingsprogramma. Dit is je kans om onze cultuur en werkwijze van binnenuit te ervaren. Na ongeveer een halfjaar begin je ook met de notariële beroepsopleiding van de Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie, waarmee je je expertise als notaris verder verdiept. Gedurende je gehele stageperiode kun je rekenen op de steun van ervaren collega's en een persoonlijke mentor, die je begeleiden bij elke stap in je professionele groei en ontwikkeling binnen ons vakgebied.

Jij bent:

  • In het bezit van een voltooide masteropleiding Notarieel Recht, met specifieke interesse in het ondernemingsrecht;
  • Enthousiast om diepgaand inzicht te krijgen in onze praktijk en ons kantoor van dichtbij te ervaren;
  • Gedreven door nieuwsgierigheid, met een natuurlijke neiging om complexe notariële kwesties te ontrafelen;
  • Proactief en initiatiefrijk, altijd op zoek naar mogelijkheden om theoretische kennis toe te passen in de praktijk;
  • Een betrokken teamlid, dat de kans grijpt om zowel op persoonlijk als professioneel vlak te groeien;
  • Communicatief sterk, bekwaam in het duidelijk en effectief overbrengen van juridische concepten;
  • Toegewijd aan maatschappelijke verantwoordelijkheid, met een vastberadenheid om bij te dragen aan een rechtvaardigere wereld.
