Over het werk

Als student-stagiair(e) op onze notariële praktijkgroep Corporate M&A in Amsterdam krijg je een mooie inkijk in onze praktijk. De praktijk bestaat grotendeels uit het assisteren en adviseren van binnenlandse en buitenlandse cliënten in de meest brede aspecten van het ondernemingsrecht. Denk aan fusies, overnames, herstructureringen, beursgangen, maar ook "corporate housekeeping". Gedurende deze stage werk je mee aan diverse lopende zaken, mag je misschien zelfs mee naar een vergadering met een cliënt, ben je welkom bij vergaderingen van de praktijkgroep en uiteraard welkom bij alle (virtuele) sociale evenementen. Tevens is er elke donderdagmiddag een (virtueel) koffie/theemoment waarbij je andere studentstagiaires kunt ontmoeten. Doorgaans wissel je halverwege je stage van praktijkgroep om zo nog meer van ons kantoor te zien. Een studentstage is uiteraard ook mogelijk indien je al (reeds) afgestudeerd bent.

Wat je van ons kunt verwachten

Je krijgt een ruime stagevergoeding. Je reiskosten worden vergoed en je kunt dagelijks genieten van koffie van onze barista en lunch in ons bedrijfsrestaurant. Studenten uit Maastricht, Groningen, Tilburg en Nijmegen kunnen daarnaast in aanmerking komen voor vergoeding van huur van een woonruimte in Amsterdam.
