What you’ll do:

Support the planning, coordination and execution of sales training, sales onboarding and enablement programs Manage logistics for virtual, in-person, and hybrid learning events, including schedules, communications, registration, materials, technology, attendance, and follow-up Maintain sales learning and enablement content across platforms and repositories, coordinating the creation, review, updating, publishing, and retirement of resources Support development of presentations, playbooks, job aids, quick-reference guides, communications and other seller resources Support ongoing learning reinforcement through communications, reminders, microlearning resources and manager enablement Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to curate and organize content Assist with LMS administration, learning assignments, completion tracking, reporting, and learner support Track program participation, completion, feedback, and other enablement metrics Prepare reports, dashboards, and program updates for Sales Enablement leadership Support surveys, feedback collection, and analysis to identify opportunities to improve the seller experience Help manage enablement calendars, project plans, and communications Provide responsive support to sales leaders and sellers regarding learning and enablement resources Identify opportunities to improve enablement processes, systems, and operational efficiency

What you’ll bring:

2+ years of experience in sales enablement, program coordination, sales/revenue operations, marketing, communications, or related function Experience coordinating projects, programs, and large-scale sales events (i.e. SKO), or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders Ability to develop presentations and facilitate sessions, as well as creating, organizing, or maintaining professional content through collaborative review and feedback Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to track and report sales metrics and data Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in sales technologies: Salesforce, Mindtickle, Highspot, Groove and/or Clari would be a bonus Culture Agility. Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow-through AI Readiness. Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies to elevate your work and deliver smarter outcomes Fuel performance and outcomes.
