The posting

Navina is a fast-growing digital health SaaS company that’s on a mission to transform the way physicians interact with patient data. Thousands of clinicians across the United States already use Navina’s AI-powered solution that transforms complex and fragmented patient data into concise “patient portraits" and actionable clinical insights at the point of care. With Navina, physicians experience less burnout, reduce missed diagnoses, and can devote more time to giving better care to their patients.

Navina has been named one of the Top 100 AI companies globally by CB Insights and made the list of the Top 50 Digital Health startups. We are already working with industry-leading value-based organizations including Privia Health and Agilon.

We're looking for a Product Manager who loves turning complex problems into simple, useful products, and who'd rather show a working prototype than a slide deck. You'll own a product area end-to-end, from understanding user pain points to shipping and measuring impact. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, medical experts and AI teams. This role is for someone who thrives on being close to the work: exploring, building, testing and iterating fast.

Responsibilities

  • Explore and validate ideas hands-on: prototype, experiment, and use AI tools to test assumptions quickly before scaling them.
  • Own a product area end-to-end: discovery, definition, delivery and measuring impact.
  • Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand workflows and pain points.
  • Translate user needs into clear, prioritized product requirements and make tough trade-off decisions along the way.
  • Partner with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
  • Define and track KPIs, using data and user feedback to continuously improve the product.
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Support, Sales and Marketing to drive adoption and product-market fit.

Requirements

  • A maker at heart: you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, prototyping ideas, and getting things into users' hands fast.
  • Hands-on with AI tools in your day-to-day work — using them to prototype, analyze and move faster.
  • 3+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong UX sensibility and the ability to turn user pains into intuitive, streamlined workflows.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven: you investigate reality over opinion and use it to drive prioritization.
  • Strong technical fluency; comfortable discussing trade-offs with engineers.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hebrew.
  • A collaborative team player who works effectively with other PMs and cross-functional partners.

Significant advantages:

  • Previous experience and passion for working closely with enterprise clients from the US market, preferably working with end-users.
  • Experience with digital health products or background in the healthcare field.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
