The posting

OUR VISION

When people use our technology to "bridge the gap" between the physical and digital worlds, they don’t just capture reality - they create a new one. In this new reality, they are smarter, more productive, more streamlined, and more creative - because they have the digital foundation to build the world they want to live in.

That’s what NavVis offers in all our products and services: the tools to not just map the world as it is, but to pave the way to a better future. To forge something new. Physical or digital, there is only one reality. And it’s the reality NavVis empowers people to build better.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Do you enjoy understanding how complex technology works and turning that knowledge into product stories that matter to customers?

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of product marketing for NavVis’s hardware launches and lifecycle on an 18-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.

This role combines product storytelling, positioning, and strong project management. You will become a trusted sparring partner for Product, develop a deep understanding of our technology and its customer value, and help us build a repeatable approach to launches.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Lead product launches. Own launch planning and cross-functional coordination, bringing Product, Marketing, and Sales together around clear objectives, responsibilities, timelines, and readiness criteria.
  • Develop product and portfolio positioning. Translate technical capabilities, customer needs, and competitive insights into clear positioning and messaging. Help customers understand what each product delivers, how it differs, how it fits in the NavVis value proposition and which solution fits their needs.
  • Shape compelling product stories. Get hands-on with our technology and understand how customers use it. Develop core messaging and launch narratives, and brief and collaborate with marketing specialists to bring them to life across content, campaigns, demos, and other channels. Keep messaging relevant as products evolve.
  • Be a trusted sparring partner for Product. Build a strong understanding of customers, competitors, and the market. Use that evidence to challenge assumptions and help sharpen product positioning and demonstrate customer value.
  • Deliver effective sales enablement. Develop product presentations, guides, competitive content, and launch training, helping Sales communicate value confidently and address customer questions.
  • Measure and improve impact. Define success measures for launches and enablement with relevant teams. Review performance and feedback, connect activity to business outcomes, and apply what you learn.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with a track record of taking complex technology products to market. Experience with hardware or combined hardware and software solutions is particularly relevant.
  • Proven launch ownership and excellent project management skills. You can turn a launch strategy into an actionable plan, coordinate multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, and keep stakeholders aligned as priorities change.
  • Excellent product storytelling and positioning skills. You can translate technical detail into clear, differentiated messaging grounded in customer needs, and explain how products fit within a broader portfolio.
  • Curiosity about technology and a willingness to get hands-on. You enjoy learning from engineers, trying products, and understanding what their capabilities mean for customers in practice.
  • The confidence to challenge constructively. You ask thoughtful questions and bring an informed point of view to discussions.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. English is our working language, and you will use it to develop customer-facing messaging, lead cross-functional discussions, and deliver presentations and training.

HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH

Your recruiting partner for this role is Rina (she/her). You can expect to go through a screening call, and up to 3 rounds of interviews, where we would love to discover your passion and interests, introduce you to who we are and what drives us, and finally understand how we can potentially add value to each other's growth.

HOW WE WILL KEEP YOU SMILING

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
