Position: HR Specialist

Location: Penzberg, Germany

Type: Full-time

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You can expect a varied position in Human Resources. In your role, you will support the HR Manager at the Penzberg site as well as the HR team at the main location and make a significant contribution to the smooth implementation of all administrative and personnel-related processes, always with a focus on the requirements of an aerospace operation.

You will be the first point of contact for employees regarding personnel administration matters and will work closely with managers, the HR team at the main location, and other internal interfaces. You see yourself as a service-oriented contact who works in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented manner.

Operational HR Management

  • Independently handling administrative personnel matters.
  • Implementing personnel-related measures according to instructions and in coordination with the HR Manager.
  • Supporting the preparation of employee consultations and cooperation with the works council.
  • Maintaining and managing digital personnel files and ensuring proper documentation.

Recruiting & HR Processes

  • Providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process, e.g. scheduling appointments and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinating with managers and central recruiting.
  • Supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes of new employees.

Personnel Development & Organization

  • Providing administrative support for training and further education measures.
  • Supporting the tracking of qualifications within the aerospace-related environment.
  • Contributing to organizational measures and structural adjustments.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Completed commercial vocational training, ideally supplemented by further training in Human Resources.
  • Several years of experience in operational personnel administration.
  • Ideally, sound knowledge of employment and social security law.
  • Structured and conscientious approach to work.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
  • Strong service orientation and discretion.
