Position: Team Coordinator (m/w/d) - Security Design

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Type: Full-time

Tasks:

  • Further development and technical leadership of the security design team, resource allocation, and prioritization of key initiatives.
  • Management, integration, and oversight of external service providers in the security design environment.
  • Ensuring the design and development of new company-wide IT security concepts and contributing to the design of blueprints.
  • Ensuring comprehensive review of non-standard architectures for design-related IT security risks, as well as developing measures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Participating in the definition of service levels (SLA/KPI) and ensuring compliance with them, as well as continuously improving service quality.
  • Work closely with related functions (e.g., service owners, enterprise architecture, IT risk management, information security, data protection, compliance) to integrate security design into the overall service lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of relevant standards such as IT-Grundschutz and ISO 27001.
  • Extensive leadership experience managing technical teams, as well as experience in strategic and personal change management.
  • Fluency in spoken and written German and English.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent skills in prioritizing and coordinating activities.
