About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to own marketing activities for Nayax’s Emerging Lines of Business and selected markets managed from our HQ in Israel.

We’re looking for a seasoned marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, demonstrates strong business understanding, and can confidently manage stakeholders, challenge priorities, and drive impactful marketing initiatives in a complex, global environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Work closely with GMs, Sales, Product, and global marketing teams.
  • Lead integrated marketing activities across campaigns, events, partner marketing, and sales enablement.
  • Prioritize stakeholder requests and ensure marketing efforts deliver measurable business impact.
  • Manage multiple initiatives independently in a complex, global environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a global technology company\
  • Proven experience working with senior commercial stakeholders across global markets
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution and project management
  • Ability to challenge, prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder requests
  • Strong understanding of campaigns, events, partner marketing and sales enablement
  • Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Advanced hands-on use of AI, including AI agents, skills, workflows and automation
  • Data-driven mindset and familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools
  • Strong ownership, communication skills and ability to operate independently in a complex global environment
  • Experience managing a small team, direct reports or initial people management responsibility is a plus
