The posting

グローバルな資産運用会社であるNeuberger(ニューバーガー)のプライベート・アセット運用部門の東京チームにて、主にプライベート・デット投資(LBOローン、メザニン等)に携わっていただきます。プライベート・デット投資の実務経験や業界知識を積める、稀少なポジションです。

あわせて、Claudeなどの生成AIツールを活用し、日常業務の効率化につながるアイデアを、チームと共に考え、試行していただきます。 なお、当部門では新卒のフルタイム採用は行っておりません。

チーム構成

  • 日本PD運用部には、4名の投資プロフェッショナルが所属しています。
  • 同部は、東京に加え、ニューヨークに拠点を持つ米国PDチームと密に連携しています。米国PDチームは40名弱の投資プロフェッショナルで構成されています。

具体的な業務内容

1. 投資プロジェクトの支援

  • 投資プロジェクトの分析、および投資メモのドラフト作成
  • ミーティングの議事録作成(英語)

2. 投資モニタリングの支援

  • 投資先の投資報告書等のデータ管理
  • 顧客向け投資報告書の作成(英語)
  • ミーティングの議事録作成(英語)

3. 日常業務の支援

  • ミーティングのアレンジ、顧客用資料の印刷等

4. AIを活用した業務効率化のアイデア出しと試行

  • Claudeなどを使い、通常業務の効率化につながる活用方法を検討・試行する例①:期中管理における資料・データの整理、報告書のドラフト作成 例②:新規案件における投資メモ初稿の作成、資料整理、NDAレビューの補助、タームシートのドラフト作成
  • 試行結果と改善点を整理し、手順書やプロンプト例としてチームに共有する
  • 業務プロセスとしての採用を検討する場合は、ITによる検証・実装につなげる
  • 最終的な判断は、投資プロフェッショナルが行います

必須要件

  • コーポレートファイナンスおよび会計の知識
  • 優れたコミュニケーション及び対人スキル
  • ビジネスレベルの英語(読み書き)および日本語スキル
  • Microsoft PowerPoint、Word、Excelの基本的なスキル
  • Claudeなどの生成AIツールを、業務または学業で継続的に使用した経験
  • 業務を段階に分解し、手順や判断基準を整理して文書化できる論理的思考力
  • 自ら手を動かして成果物を形にする実行力(プログラミングスキルは不要)
  • 倫理基準の遵守(例:機密保持義務の遵守)

歓迎要件

  • AIツールを使い、業務や学業の効率化を行った具体的な実績
  • 契約書、財務資料の読解経験
  • 他者向けのマニュアルや手順書の作成経験

英語/日本語レベル

  • 英語・日本語ともビジネスレベル(Emailの読み書き、会議での議事録作成ができるレベル)が必須

インターンシップ期間

  • 応相談
  • 6か月以上の長期間勤務できる方を優先
  • 開始時期: 2026年11月

働き方

  • 週3〜5日
  • 一定期間勤務後、在宅勤務可能なPC等の用意があれば、状況に応じて自宅からの勤務も可能
