Assists with crisis response activities, including communications, meeting coordination, documentation, resource distribution, and inquiry management. Identifies and escalates complaints and investigations that involve legal risk, repeated conduct or performance patterns, complex accommodations, sensitive employee impact, safety concerns, and situations requiring business judgment or when coaching involves more strategic guidance on performance, conduct, or potential risk.
  • Enterprise Programs - Supports company-wide talent, performance, engagement, communication, and change initiatives through coordination and administrative support. Assists with logistics for talent reviews, succession planning, internal mobility, and development planning by managing schedules, materials, tracking, and follow-up activities. • Operational Excellence - Drives process consistency, governance, reporting, data quality, workflow discipline, and knowledge management across services. Upholds Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and delivers timely responses to inquiries. Administers recurring T&C workflows through process checklists, approval routing, trackers, and compliance records while validating completeness and accuracy. Maintains T&C documentation, knowledge materials, FAQs, resources and distribution lists to support consistent service delivery and audit readiness. Identifies process gaps, data anomalies, compliance concerns, recurring inquiry themes, workforce trends, unresolved stakeholder issues, or operational risks and routes or escalates them for appropriate action.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
