Deine Aufgaben

Du… übernimmst die Korrespondenz mit Mandanten und Dienstleistern, sorgst mit Deinem Organisationstalent für reibungslose interne Prozesse und mit Deiner Affinität für den Bereich IT-/Digitalisierung dafür, dass wir uns stetig verbessern. Auch die klassischen Tätigkeiten einer Teamassistenz wie Postbearbeitung, Seminarbuchung, Terminorganisation, Reisekostenabrechnung, digitale Ablage, Auftragsadministration und Fakturierung fallen in Deinen Bereich. Du solltest das eigenständige Arbeiten lieben und in der Lage sein, uns in allen administrativen und organisatorischen Herausforderungen eines dynamischen Kanzleilebens zu unterstützen. Persönlich solltest Du uns mit Deiner Tatkraft, deiner Lösungsorientierung, deinem Humor, deinem Mitdenken und Deinem professionellen, dienstleistungsorientiertem Auftreten überzeugen!

Das bringst Du mit...

WIR ERWARTEN… eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene sekretariatsbezogene oder kaufmännische Ausbildung und möglichst Berufserfahrung aus einer Kanzlei, einem mittelständischen Unternehmen mit dynamischen Strukturen oder idealerweise einer Prüfungs- oder Beratungsgesellschaft. Unbedingt erforderlich sind Erfahrungen in der Auftragsbearbeitung und im Umgang mit DATEV. Den versierten Umgang mit MS-Office setzen wir voraus.
