Descrição sumária: Responsável pela prospecção, desenvolvimento e fechamento de novos negócios estratégicos na NBS Telecom. Atua como elo consultivo de alta capacidade técnica e comercial, dominando negociações complexas que envolvem acordos de swap(compartilhamento/swap de infraestrutura de rede), viabilidades de última milha e trocas operacionais. Possui visão macro do ecossistema de telecomunicações e mercado de TI, combinando forte poder de comunicação, persuasão e inteligência de mercado para alavancar a expansão territorial e a rentabilidade da companhia.

Principais responsabilidades:

· Mapear, prospectar e estruturar oportunidades de negócios estratégicos alinhados às metas de crescimento da NBS Telecom.

· Negociar e operacionalizar acordos de swap, visando à expansão de cobertura com eficiência de CAPEX e OPEX

· Avaliar, negociar e viabilizar soluções de conectividade para atendimento de Última Milha, garantindo alta disponibilidade, viabilidade técnica e financeira dos acessos.

· Manter uma visão macro das tendências do mercado de telecomunicações, movimentos da concorrência, regulamentações (Anatel) e oportunidades de integração regional.

· Articular e liderar negociações complexas junto ao Gerente de Negócios, apoiando a tomada de decisão estratégica com inteligência de mercado e análises de viabilidade.

· Garantir comunicação fluida, alinhamento institucional e articulação entre as áreas de Engenharia de Rede, Implantação, Jurídico e Operações para viabilizar a entrega dos novos negócios contratados.

· Manter-se informado sobre novas tecnologias de rede/TI e tendências do setor, propondo inovações e abordagens comerciais diferenciadas.

· Trabalhar de maneira preventiva na solução de objeções, riscos de viabilidade e gargalos contratuais.

· Divulgar e participar de eventos, feiras de telecomunicações e reuniões estratégicas da empresa.

· Trabalhar de maneira preventiva na solução de problemas.

· Zelar para que padrões de ética e de conduta profissional adequada façam parte da cultura organizacional.

· Zelar pela conservação, manutenção, limpeza e bom funcionamento dos equipamentos do setor e ambiente.

· Zelar pela organização dos documentos físicos e digitais da empresa, bem como garantir a correta atualização.

· Executar outras tarefas correlatas a critério do superior imediato.
