Descrição sumária: Responsável pela supervisão das operações relacionadas aos sistemas de telefonia. Encarrega-se de supervisionar a manutenção e a expansão da infraestrutura de telefonia, assegurando a eficiência e a continuidade dos serviços. Supervisiona a implementação de melhorias e novas tecnologias, garante a conformidade com as normas e regulamentações e oferece suporte técnico avançado. Além disso, é responsável pelo treinamento da equipe e das resoluções de problemas complexos e pela otimização dos processos de telefonia.

Grau de escolaridade:

Nível superior completo em Sistemas de Telecomunicações, Engenharia Elétrica, Redes de Computadores, Sistema da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Informática e áreas correlatas a função. Desejável pós-graduação em áreas correlatas.

Conhecimentos técnicos e específicos:

Conhecimento nível intermediário/avançado em pacote office (Excel, Word, PPT, bloco de notas);

Código de Ética e de conduta;

LGPD - Lei geral de proteção de dados;

Certificações em Sistemas VoIP (Voice over IP);

Conhecimento intermediário em redes de telecomunicações;

Conhecimento na área regulatória em telecomunicações;

Conhecimento intermediário em telecomunicações.

Experiência profissional: Experiência mínima de 04 (quatro) anos em atividades correlatas.

  1. Monitorar o desempenho dos sistemas da telefonia.
  2. Supervisionar a implementação de novos projetos da telefonia.
  3. Atuar como escalonamento para problemas técnicos.
  4. Garantir o pleno funcionamento de serviços e produtos entregues por parceiros e fornecedores.
  5. Fornecer relatórios regulares e indicadores sobre o desempenho dos sistemas de telefonia.
  6. Monitorar e manter o sistema de telefonia.
  7. Gerir as métricas de desempenho do departamento, assegurando que os indicadores estabelecidos sejam monitorados, analisados e reportados de forma eficaz.
  8. Garantir o funcionamento das linhas, terminais e entroncamentos.
  9. Garantir atendimento às demandas comerciais.
  10. Cuidar das demandas regulatórias.
  11. Avaliar novos fornecedores e soluções tecnológicas.
  12. Garantir o suporte aos clientes e parceiros.
  13. Participar dos treinamentos promovidos pela empresa e estimular a participação da equipe, aplicando os conhecimentos adquiridos no desenvolvimento de suas atividades e carreira.
  14. Inteirar-se sobre novos produtos e serviços disponibilizados pela empresa.
  15. Zelar para que padrões de ética e de conduta profissional adequada façam parte da cultura organizacional.
  16. Desenvolver as políticas, manuais e normativos internos da empresa, bem como zelar pelo cumprimento.
  17. Zelar pela conservação, manutenção, limpeza e bom funcionamento dos equipamentos do setor e ambiente.
  18. Zelar pela organização dos documentos físicos e digitais da empresa.
  19. Seguir as orientações do Regimento Interno e zelar pelo cumprimento com a equipe.
  20. Executar outras tarefas correlatas a critério do superior imediato.
