NCC söker en student som vill undersöka hur anläggningsbranschen kan attrahera, utveckla och behålla en bredare kompetensbas. Med fokus på jämställdhet och inkludering får du möjlighet att bidra med kunskap som kan stärka branschens långsiktiga kompetensförsörjning och skapa bättre förutsättningar för framtidens ledare.

Om examensarbetet

Anläggningsbranschen står inför ett stort behov av kompetens och nya perspektiv. Samtidigt är kvinnor fortfarande underrepresenterade i många produktionsnära roller och på ledande positioner inom branschen.

För att skapa en mer inkluderande och attraktiv arbetsplats behöver vi bättre förstå vilka faktorer som påverkar studenters och yrkesverksammas karriärval, hur övergången från utbildning till arbetsliv ser ut och vilka förutsättningar som stödjer långsiktig utveckling och ledarskap.

I detta examensarbete får du analysera hur inflödet till branschen ser ut, vilka faktorer som påverkar individers val längs karriärresan och vilka möjligheter som finns att stärka inkludering, utveckling och karriärvägar inom anläggningssektorn.

Arbetet genomförs i nära samarbete med NCC och kan kombinera statistiska analyser med intervjuer och enkäter riktade till både studenter och yrkesverksamma.

Exempel på frågeställningar

  • Hur har könsfördelningen utvecklats över tid på utbildningar som är relevanta för anläggningsbranschen?
  • Hur ser karriärvägarna ut från utbildning till ledande roller inom branschen?
  • Vilka faktorer påverkar studenters val att söka sig till eller välja andra karriärvägar?
  • Hur kan arbetsgivare skapa förutsättningar för att fler talanger ska vilja stanna, utvecklas och ta ledande roller?

Din profil

Vi söker dig som ska genomföra ditt kandidat- eller masterexamensarbete under våren 2027 och studerar:

  • Samhällsbyggnadsteknik, eller
  • Affärsutveckling och entreprenörskap inom samhällsbyggnadsteknik

Studenter från Chalmers är särskilt meriterande.
