Job Summary

nCino is looking for a Principal Product Manager to help set direction for our Commercial Banking product line. This is a role for someone who sees the larger vision for where the product needs to go, not just the next feature, and who understands how decisions ripple across engineering, design, sales, and customer success before committing to a direction. The work moves across multiple initiatives at once, each at a different stage of life, from early discovery and research to efforts already building toward go to market. The ideal candidate has spent meaningful time in commercial banking or a closely adjacent financial services environment, bringing an intuitive sense for how institutions operate and what their customers actually need. A track record of leading complex, multi threaded product efforts speaks to this, along with the judgment to know when to zoom into the details and when to stay focused on the bigger picture. Strong communication skills round out the role, since translating vision into action means speaking fluently with everyone from engineers to executive stakeholders.

This will include objection handling through your deep knowledge of how other customers use the feature or have adjusted their business process to gain value. You understand how and why our solution is best-in-class (or how is measures up to competitors)
  • Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance product decision-making, identify customer behavior patterns, forecast trends, and uncover unmet needs.
  • Apply AI-powered analytics to validate product assumptions, track adoption, and surface opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering to explore and integrate AI/ML features that add value to the customer experience while staying informed on emerging technologies and their potential application across the product lifecycle.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
